Ann is the director of academic advisement at St. Norbert College, in De Pere, WI. St. Norbert has a full, faculty academic advising model. In her time at SNC, Ann has worked to improve the academic advising experience for both students and faculty. In addition, Ann is the point person for transfer credit evaluations, working with admissions and faculty to complete transfer credit evaluations and assists incoming transfer students with their initial academic advising and registration appointments.

Ann is the Vice President of Membership with WACADA, and member of NACADA. She currently serves as the NACADA Summer Institute Chair.

Ann has a BA in Biology from Luther College; an MS in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh; and is completing her PhD in Leadership in Academic Advising from Kansas State University. Ann plans to focus her dissertation on faculty academic advising and the tenure process.
