OVERVIEW
The Transfer Coordinator develops and maintains articulation and transfer credit agreements with college and university partners and oversees the University Center. The Transfer Coordinator guides BTC students through their academic journey from enrollment to transfer by providing comprehensive academic advising, career exploration and transfer experience support. The Transfer Coordinator works under the supervision of the Executive Director – Student Services and in direct collaboration with the Dean – General Education and Transfer Pathways. This position also has a close working relationship with the Advising and Recruitment teams and works closely with academic deans, chairs and faculty.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, student services or a related field.
Experience in Student Services preferably to include advising or counseling experience.
Experience interpreting and utilizing articulation agreements and transfer requirements for community college students is preferred.
